Architectural Control Committee
Architectural Control Committee: Meets monthly to review Fairlington Villages property owners’ applications for variances and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors. Updates variance forms as needed and when necessary suggests the Board’s consideration of standard variances.
The Committee welcomes new members, especially those with an engineering, building, or architectural background.

To apply for a variance, please provide this completed form Variance Request Form and required attachments as described therein to the Management Office for the Committee’s review prior to undertaking renovations.
