AD-HOC Working Groups and Commissions

Noise Working Group: The Noise Working Group is tackling how to be a good neighbor in close quarters. The primary issues the working group is looking into are substantial noise from an upstairs unit due to a lack of insulation, and excessive noise due to a lack of awareness of the noise o a lack of concern.

Emergency Preparedness Working Group: Charged with researching and analyzing guidelines and documents on emergency preparedness, including plans of other associations’, local, county, state, and federal directives and guidance. Develop a draft emergency preparedness that addresses people, pets, residential units, amenities, facilities and equipment, including budgetary requirements for review by the Board of Directors.
