Unit Owners who wish to use L&N’s “Direct Debit” to pay their monthly assessments now have a secure online process for enrollment. The online option offers improved tracking, internet security protocols, and batch uploads to the Association’s Accounting software (C3) for faster service. Use the following link to conveniently enroll in, make changes to, and ultimately cancel the Direct Debit of your monthly assessments: https://forms.associa.us/team/ach/achdebitform.
You can still use the less secure “hard copy” form to fill the information out and either email it yourself or ask the office to email it for you if its more convenient.

If you are planning any type of structural changes or renovations to your unit, please be sure to contact the Management Office before you begin! A variance from the Board of Directors is required for any changes to the interior structure of a Unit that involve construction – either adding or removing structural and finish elements. Part of the Variance involved procuring all required Permits from either Arlington County or the City of Alexandria. Contact Management for more information and be sure not to begin construction until you have the appropriate documents and approvals.
